Delnotic Global LLC is a single-member limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). It is the contracting entity for our international clients, and all invoices and payments are in its own name.
Our affiliate Delnotic Limited is a private limited company incorporated in Bangladesh (House #416, Lane #7, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka-1206). It serves clients in Bangladesh and provides the technical team that supports our engagements under a written services agreement.
